Finixpay Merchant is the mobile console for businesses that collect and send payments through Finixpay Services Private Limited. Check what you have been paid, move settled money to your bank, and keep an eye on every transaction without opening a laptop. This app is for merchants who already hold a Finixpay account. Accounts are opened after onboarding and approval — you cannot create one from the app. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See your balance at a glance — available to pay out, on hold, unsettled, and what came in today. • Review collections — every payin with its order ID, UTR, amount, fee and status. Filter by success, pending or failed. • Track payouts — what went out, to which beneficiary, and where each one stands. • Find any transaction by order ID or UTR, without scrolling through a list. • Open a transaction to see the full record: pipeline, fee, beneficiary details, remarks and timestamps. • Add funds — pick the account you transferred to, enter the amount and UTR, attach the bank receipt from your photos, and submit it for verification. • Withdraw settled money to a saved bank account, with the fee worked out before you confirm. • Add a bank account for payouts, with the account number and IFSC checked as you type. • Read your passbook — the running record of money in and out of your account. • Get alerts on your phone when money arrives or a payout completes. SIGNING IN Sign in with your Merchant ID or the email on your account and a one-time code, or with Google if that address matches the one on your account. Accounts using an authenticator app keep using it — social sign-in does not skip a second factor you deliberately switched on. SECURITY • A six-digit MPIN locks the app. The PIN itself is never stored or sent anywhere — only a salted hash of it, held in the device's secure hardware. • Unlock with the fingerprint or face already enrolled on your phone. Biometric data stays with the operating system and never reaches us. • Your session lives in the Android Keystore, not ordinary app storage, so a device backup does not hand over a live session. • The app re-locks after time in the background, and signing out unregisters the device from alerts. WHAT WE DO NOT DO No advertising. No third-party analytics. Nothing is sold to anyone. The app asks for photo access only when you attach a payment receipt, and for notifications only to tell you about your own account.
