FingerprintOps is a local-first business manager for independent fingerprinting professionals. It organizes the work around fingerprinting appointments without capturing, storing, processing, or transmitting fingerprints. RUN INDIVIDUAL JOBS Track clients, appointments, service details, operator charges, government and other pass-through fees, discounts, payments, refunds, mileage, status, and outstanding balances. FingerprintOps records payments; it does not process them. MANAGE GROUP EVENTS Create group events, manage a participant queue, monitor completed and remaining work, record event charges, and reconcile billed, collected, pass-through, gross-revenue, and outstanding amounts. FOLLOW REPRINTS Link reprint follow-up to the original job, distinguish complimentary from charged work, and keep open cases visible until they are closed. CREATE PROFESSIONAL DOCUMENTS Generate local PDF receipts, organization invoices, and privacy-safe event reports. Export jobs, events, payments, mileage, reprints, and reconciliation data as CSV files. BACK UP LOCAL RECORDS Create a versioned local backup. Restore validates and previews the selected file before replacing local business data and creates a safety backup when current records exist. SEE EVENT PROGRESS AT A GLANCE Start a privacy-safe Live Activity for an active event. Lock Screen and Dynamic Island views show aggregate progress only by default. An optional local setting can show the aggregate amount collected. LOCAL BY DESIGN FingerprintOps has no account, backend, advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud database, or third-party SDK. Business records remain in the app's on-device store unless you choose to export them. FIVE JOBS FREE, THEN ONE PURCHASE Complete five qualifying jobs at no charge. Continue with a one-time lifetime unlock. There is no subscription, and existing records, reports, exports, backups, and restore remain available after the free allowance is used. FingerprintOps is an operational business tool. It is not a fingerprint-capture device, Live Scan submission system, background-check service, or compliance system. Never enter fingerprints, biometric templates, Social Security numbers, criminal-history or background-check results, identification photographs, complete ATI or similar identifiers, or submission credentials.
