Store description excerpt

FINARKY is a portfolio tracker that shows your Personal Rate of Return (PRR) *. This lets you quickly see if you're on track to meet your investment goals, and evaluate and compare your investment decisions. Gain useful insights through value, price, and asset allocation charts, or by exploring dividends, interest (staking rewards), sales, purchases, realized and unrealized gains with their cost basis (using FIFO), average cost, and PRR. All of these are available for the whole portfolio or by asset, for all time or by year. Get timely push notifications for bullish and bearish trend reversals, based on the EMA 33/58 crossover indicator. It includes a Future Calculator to quickly see future portfolio evolution, and plan for your goals, based on return rate, contributions and withdrawals. Calculates net gains, after capital gains taxes, using configured tax brackets and holding periods. Shows how sales are distributed among tax lots using FIFO. You can import transactions for stocks, crypto, ETFs, mutual funds, or Forex from CSV files. Files from Binance, Coinbase, DEGIRO, Indexa Capital, Nexo and Robinhood EU can be imported directly. For other sources, a ready-to-use prompt for AI chatbots (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok...) is provided to convert transaction statements into FINARKY's CSV format. Transactions can also be added manually in the app. Designed with privacy in mind. No login. Your data never leaves your device. End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ --- * Your Personal Rate of Return (PRR) is the Annual Percentage Yield (APY) of the fixed-rate account that, when subjected to the same contributions and withdrawals (sales, dividends) as your portfolio, it yields the same returns, i.e. it ends up with the same balance as your portfolio value. The PRR is calculated using the Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
