Financial Calculator: TVM Pro turns user-entered TVM variables, loan terms and periodic cash flows into an inspectable local calculation trail. GUIDED TIME VALUE OF MONEY Solve one missing value among periods, annual rate, present value, payment and future value. Choose beginning or end timing, payment frequency and compounding frequency without memorizing calculator key sequences. COMPLETE LOAN SCHEDULES Build a dated fixed-rate schedule from principal, annual rate, term and first payment date. Inspect every payment, principal amount, interest amount and remaining balance. Model an illustrative extra payment or balloon revision and compare its exact payoff path. CASH-FLOW ANALYSIS Enter periodic inflows and outflows to calculate NPV and IRR. Multiple sign changes are identified before an IRR is shown, so an unusual cash-flow sequence is not silently reduced to one apparently decisive number. MIRR is available with explicit finance and reinvestment assumptions. SCENARIO BOOKS AND REVISIONS Keep financing work organized in local books. Save dated input revisions, reopen the exact assumptions and compare two revisions side by side. Deltas are neutral calculations, not green or red recommendations. AUDIT-READY REPORTS Preview a report sheet built from the immutable calculation snapshot. Reports include entered assumptions, units, sign convention, formula keys, engine version, warnings, revision identifiers and the complete schedule or cash-flow rows. Print, save PDF or export CSV using local device actions. PRIVATE AND OFFLINE No account, bank connection, live rate feed, advertising or remote analytics is required. Scenario books stay on the device. Backup and restore use a user-selected local JSON file and validate the archive before replacing current data.
