Technicians will get the job details directly in their mobile app. CONTRACTS Create annual maintenance contracts, schedule Preventive Maintenance visits, create work orders with reference to contracts. EXPENSE Track technician expenses linked to work orders, and bill them directly to the customer. ATTENDANCE Track attendance details of your field technicians, including their check in & check out times, and location. ONLINE PAYMENTS On completion of the job, technicians can quickly trigger payment link to customers via app for them to pay online. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS Technicians get notified of new jobs assigned to their through push notifications in their mobile phone. ACCESS CONTROL Role based access control helps manage your teams and give them the right access to manage their work easily. REPORTS Generate Field Service Report and/or Proforma Invoice and send to your customers directly.
