The field app for the residential blocks managed by Gena Property Management - fire-safety checks, cleaning attendance and site reports, built to work with no signal. Work through the checks due on a block. Pass, fail or N/A, with severity, a note and a photo on failures. Submitted visits go straight into the block's fire-safety logbook, with a PDF record. Works fully offline. Everything is saved on the phone first and sends itself when signal returns - stairwells, basements and car parks included. Big, glove-friendly controls, legible in daylight. Inspectors need no account. A one-off visit link opens the right checklist for one block, and a code can be typed in by hand if the link opens in a browser. Cleaners check in and out on site. Attendance is location-stamped, the fire checks due to them are listed, and they can run them mid-shift. Report an issue from anywhere. A category, a note and photos, queued offline like everything else. FieldAgentLog is a workplace tool for Gena Property Management's staff, contracted field agents, cleaners and inspectors. It is not for residents, and an account or visit link is required.
