FetalCal — Fetal Assessment Toolkit FetalCal is a clinical support application that processes user-entered fetal ultrasound measurements to calculate biometry parameters, Doppler indices, and MCA MoM values. The application supports calculation workflows by applying established formulas and reference data to user-provided inputs. Overview: FetalCal enables users to enter fetal measurements and Doppler values to generate calculated indices such as estimated fetal weight, centiles, z-scores, and ratios. It reduces the need for manual calculations and reference lookups. Functionality: Users enter fetal ultrasound measurements, including head circumference (HC), abdominal circumference (AC), femur length (FL), and Doppler values (UA, MCA, CPR, UtA, DV).
