Stop deciding what to do. I built Fersonal because I train at home with adjustable dumbbells, a pull-up bar and a dip station, and I got tired of deciding what to do every session. I tried asking ChatGPT instead. That worked, but I had to re-type my equipment, my history and how I was feeling every single time. So Fersonal already knows. You pick muscle or strength, set your schedule, tell it what equipment you have, and it builds the plan from there. Works at home or at the gym. Before each workout there's a quick check-in: energy, soreness, how much time you have, what you can reach today. Tired, sore, or missing a dumbbell, and the workout changes. During the session you get your exercises, your target sets, reps and weights, and a rest timer. You log what you actually lifted, and that's what the next session is built on. There are demonstration videos for 250+ movements, and every exercise has written instructions. Not every movement has a video yet. I'm still adding them. WHAT IT DOESN'T DO It doesn't watch you train or check your form. No camera, no wearables. Fersonal handles the programming. It isn't medical advice.
