Used by drivers across multiple companies and regions, it brings every aspect of your workday into a single, easy-to-use app—from picking up new assignments to finalising your timesheets at the end of the day. DISCOVER NEW TASKS DAILY New trip assignments appear as soon as they’re ready. Review the full details, including route, schedule, passenger count, vehicle, customer information, and attachments, then approve or decline with a single tap. ACCEPT OR REJECT NEW TRIPS Make informed decisions before accepting. Each assignment includes the complete itinerary, map view, customer contact details, point of contact, and any attached documents—everything you need before you begin. EXECUTE TRIPS WITH EASE A clear, step-by-step workflow guides you through every trip from start to finish. Track your departure point on the map, manage pick-ups and drop-offs, navigate each stop, and monitor planned versus actual timing in real time. PLAN YOUR DAY The Plan tab keeps your schedule organised. Switch between an upcoming list and a monthly calendar to view assignments, rest days, leave, and availability in one place. MANAGE YOUR CALENDAR A colour-coded calendar provides an overview of trips, rest days, paid leave, absences, and planned sick days. You can also add or update your availability directly from the calendar. CREATE AND VERIFY TIMESHEETS Log time using Trip Time, Fixed Time, or Manual Time entry. Review your daily breakdown—including driving time, waiting time, withdrawal, delivery, and total payable hours—before confirming your timesheet. FINALISE CLOSED TRIPS Review completed trips and finalise those awaiting sign-off. Trips are organised by date and clearly marked as Closed, To Finalise, or Finalised. REPORT AND MANAGE DEVIATIONS Record quality deviations, vehicle issues, damages, or customer complaints during your shifts. Attach photos, link reports to specific trips or vehicles, and track each report from active through to archived.
