Make a little space for what you feel. Feltwork is a private guided journal that helps you slow down, find words for an emotion, and reflect on one specific moment. FIND WORDS THAT FIT Start with a broad feeling, explore more specific words, and choose how strongly you feel it. Mixed, numb, or hard-to-name feelings are welcome too. REFLECT, ONE PROMPT AT A TIME Describe what happened, notice your first thought, and explore how your body and actions responded. Consider the facts from more than one angle, then write a balanced response and one manageable next step. WRITE OR SPEAK Type your response or use optional on-device voice dictation. Feltwork does not save the audio. Voice input requires a supported device and recognition language. KEEP WHAT MATTERS Unfinished reflections stay encrypted on your device. Save completed reflections to your account, return to them in your journal, and export or share a readable copy when you choose. YOUR JOURNAL, YOUR CONTROL Saved reflections are encrypted on the server. Journal text is excluded from product-usage analytics. You can delete individual reflections or your account and journal data from inside the app. Feltwork uses guided reflection inspired by CBT thought-record practices. It supports self-reflection; it is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or crisis monitoring. It does not monitor journal entries for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. An account and internet access are required for sign-in and saved-journal features.
