Store description excerpt

Wear Apple Watch to bed. In the morning, use the 0–100 Balance Score to guide your pace. Feelmo is a self-care app that compares overnight heart-rate variability (HRV) with your usual pattern—not anyone else’s. No daily entry. ▼ Three simple steps 1. Wear your Apple Watch to bed 2. Open Feelmo in the morning 3. Check your score and one of six companions, then consider how to approach the day A score requires valid sleep and heart-rate records in Apple Health. If compatible data is insufficient, Feelmo does not invent one. ▼ What is Balance Score? It is Feelmo’s own 0–100 reference based on HRV—the small timing changes between heartbeats. Feelmo generally learns your usual pattern over about two weeks, then compares this morning with your personal range. Timing varies with wear time and available data. It does not measure health, sleep quality, or the autonomic nervous system itself. Higher or lower is not simply “good” or “bad”; it is a prompt to check in with yourself. ▼ Cycle tracking Log period dates, flow, symptoms and basal body temperature, and review them in Calendar and Trends. See an estimate of when your next period may start. ▼ Free features • Balance Score on days with valid records • Measurement-based “Body Pattern,” kept separate from the “State of Mind” you choose to log • Period and cycle tracking • Six guided breathing modes with full-screen character animation • Today’s and yesterday’s sleep, daylight, steps, hydration, and more • Weather and air-pressure changes • Apple Watch app and widgets • CSV export of your records ▼ Feelmo Premium • Tomorrow’s Outlook with enough valid records • Medium- and long-term Balance, HRV, heart-rate, and sleep trends • Up to one year of detailed history • Patterns associated with sleep, activity, and other habits • PDF reports for reflection or conversation • A heads-up before a large air-pressure drop Tomorrow’s Outlook uses trends in your past records; it does not guarantee accuracy or a future condition. Habit and pressure patterns show associations, not cause and effect. ▼ Privacy Health-data analysis and Feelmo records stay on your device and are not automatically sent to Feelmo servers. No account, ads, third-party analytics, or third-party tracking. Apple-service connections and data sharing follow your actions and device settings. ▼ Important health information Feelmo is a wellness app for everyday self-care, not a medical device. Scores and outlooks are general reference information. They do not directly measure the autonomic nervous system or diagnose, treat, prevent, or medically monitor disease. For health concerns or severe or persistent symptoms, consult a qualified healthcare professional. ▼ Auto-renewable subscriptions Feelmo Premium has weekly, monthly, and annual plans. Trials and introductory offers apply only when eligible and shown on the purchase screen. That screen shows the actual price, period, and eligibility.
