You will be presented with daily tasks carefully designed for each trimester — and you'll start receiving them right away. Although the tasks don't require you to manually set them up, you can always update or remove a task based on your needs. You also have the ability to create your own custom tasks. Visualizing your activity and the completion of these tasks every day helps you feel calm and in control. You will always know what needs to be done, and completing these tasks will give you a sense of accomplishment and prepare you, day by day. Your personalized Master Checklist has everything a dad needs throughout the pregnancy. CONTRACTION TIMER Starting in the third trimester, you will also have access to a contraction timer. When the big moment arrives, you'll be ready. The built-in contraction timer tracks frequency and duration in real time, and guides you with the 5-1-1 Rule so you know exactly when to head to the hospital. ACTIVITY & HEALTH ANALYTICS Visualize your journey with rich charts: activity history, mom's weight tracker, pregnancy timeline, hospital visits, and achievement milestones — all in one place. DAD PLANNER Keep record of your upcoming appointments on the in-app appointment planner. Attach questions for the Doctor's visit from your Vault and keep the answers safe and secure. Get notified so you don't miss any of the important appointments. CHEF'S KITCHEN We all know how difficult pregnancy is for mom. When she's craving something, you can be her chef.
