FastWheels by FWT is the delivery driver app for Fantasy World Toys operations in Kuwait. The app is issued to drivers contracted by FWT. Accounts are created by FWT as part of driver onboarding — there is no public sign-up. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Go on duty and receive assigned trips as they are dispatched to you • See every stop on your trip, in order, with the customer name, phone number and full delivery address • Open each stop in your preferred maps app for turn-by-turn navigation • Confirm arrival and complete pickups for all orders at a warehouse in a single step • Capture proof of delivery — recipient name, signature and photos — without leaving the app • See when an order is cash on delivery, along with the exact amount to collect, before you hand it over • Record failed deliveries with a reason, and keep track of returns on board • Message your operations team directly from the app when something needs a decision • Review your completed trips in your trip history • Walk through a built-in training run that shows the full delivery flow end to end, using sample data, before your first real trip LOCATION FastWheels collects location data to share your position with the FWT dispatch team while you are on duty, so trips can be assigned to the nearest driver and customers can be given accurate arrival times. This happens even when the app is closed or not in use, because deliveries continue while your phone is in your pocket or mounted on the dashboard. Location is collected only while you are on duty. Going off duty stops it. Location updates are batched to reduce battery use. PERMISSIONS WE ASK FOR • Location (including background) — trip assignment, live tracking and arrival estimates while on duty • Camera and photos — proof-of-delivery photos • Notifications — new trip alerts and messages from your operations team • Microphone — voice calls with your operations team • Battery optimisation exemption (Android) — so tracking is not killed mid-trip REQUIREMENTS An active FastWheels driver account issued by Fantasy World Toys, and a mobile data connection.
