Tell us what you need — refills, new prescriptions, or common conditions like anxiety, depression, or sleep issues. 2. A licensed provider reviews your request, asks follow-up questions, and can chat or video-call with you. 3. If appropriate, your prescription is sent to your preferred pharmacy. Features - Request prescription refills and new prescriptions - Secure messaging with your care team - Live video visits with providers - Upload documents and photos to support your request - Choose your preferred pharmacy - Track the status of every request - Get notified when a provider responds For providers: claim incoming patient requests, review histories, message and video-call patients, and manage prescriptions from one dashboard.
