FastDial is a fasting timer that lives on your Lock Screen. Tap once to start, then just raise your phone. You never have to keep the app open. Your progress sits in the Live Activity, the Dynamic Island and Home Screen widgets. The timer is derived from your start time alone, so force-quitting the app or rebooting the phone never loses a second. EVERYTHING, FOR EVERYONE - Big dial timer: a progress ring with a ticking clock. Past your goal, a second ring keeps counting the extra time instead of cutting you off - Five built-in schedules — 13:11, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD — plus a custom 1-72 hour plan - Lock Screen Live Activity and Dynamic Island - Home Screen widgets (small and medium): progress while fasting, streak while you are not - A local notification when you reach your goal. Logged the wrong start time? Fix it, and the reminder reschedules itself - Log your weight when you finish; sync both ways with the Health app, duplicates removed - Stats: current streak, 7-day average, a fasting bar chart, a weight trend and an editable history - Your full history is always there, and exports to CSV in one tap ABOUT THE ADS Every feature is free. Nothing is held back behind a "full version". There is one banner at the bottom of the screen; if you would rather not see it, a one-time purchase removes it. That purchase removes the banner only — it does not unlock anything. ABOUT YOUR PRIVACY No account, no server. Your fasting log and your weight stay on this iPhone and in your Health app, and are never uploaded. Every feature works offline; only the banner needs a connection. This app does not track you and never asks for ad tracking permission. Health data is used to draw your own weight trend, never for advertising.
