Family Health Guardian helps families understand whether a loved one’s shared daily activity is up to date—not just look at isolated numbers. Create a family circle with an invite code. Each person chooses which Apple Health data to share. Family cards can show steps, heart rate, walking and running distance, floors climbed, and the time the data was last updated. CLEAR, HONEST STATUS • See Today as Usual, Less Activity, Waiting for Data, or No Data. • Check the supporting activity value and last update time. • Waiting for Data never means that something is wrong. FAMILY SHARING • Create or join a family circle with an invite code. • Share only the HealthKit categories you authorize. • Use family posts to share updates, photos, or a place when you choose. • Control which activity categories are shared. PRIVACY BOUNDARIES Family data is synchronized with Apple iCloud and CloudKit. The app does not require continuous location tracking. Current location is accessed only when you choose to publish a place to your family circle. IMPORTANT Family Health Guardian is not a medical device, diagnostic service, fall detector, emergency alert, rescue service, or safety guarantee. Health and family data can be delayed by the device, network, Apple Health, or iCloud. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
