Create a private league, invite family and friends, choose your activities and compete on a shared leaderboard. MOVE YOUR WAY Walk, cycle or complete camera-assisted workouts. Eligible activity contributes to every active championship you have joined, according to each competition’s rules. CREATE PRIVATE LEAGUES Create your own fitness championship, invite competitors with a private code, select activities and choose difficulty-adjusted targets. You can create multiple leagues and join competitions created by other people. SYNC VERIFIED ACTIVITY With your permission, Family Fitness League reads eligible activity from Apple Health, including steps and cycling workouts. Synced activity is protected against duplicate scoring. CAMERA-ASSISTED WORKOUTS Use private, on-device form tracking for supported exercises, including squats, push-ups, lunges, jumping jacks and planks. Camera frames are processed on your device. Workout video is not saved or uploaded. FOLLOW THE COMPETITION See rankings, points and verified activity across your leagues. Open a competitor’s profile to understand which exercises contributed to their score.
