FRIDGE BOARD Leave your family a quick note, just like sticking one on the fridge. Your note shows up for everyone right away; pin the important ones so they don't get lost. WEEKLY PLANNER Parent-teacher meetings, doctor's appointments, bill due dates — everything your family shouldn't forget, all in one place. Assign an event to a specific family member or to everyone, and see the week in category colors: School, Work, Health, Outing, Housework, Shopping, Sports, Special Day, Payments & Bills, Family & Visits, Maintenance & Repairs, and Other. SHARED SHOPPING LIST Whatever you add shows up for everyone instantly. Sort items into categories — groceries & food, home & cleaning, personal care, pharmacy & health, baby & kids, stationery & school, and other — note the brand and quantity, then check things off at the store and work through the list together. MEAL PLAN & POLL Plan lunch and dinner for every day of the week. When you can't decide what to cook, start a quick two-option poll and let everyone vote. STATUS SHARING Share where you are with your family in one tap — at the office, at school, on the way, and more — or write your own note. There's no background location tracking; you alone decide when to share your status. NOTIFICATIONS Get notified when a family member leaves a note, updates their status, or an event is coming up, so nothing slips past you. GETTING STARTED Sign in with your Google account; on iPhone and iPad you can also sign in with your Apple account. Then create a new family group or join an existing one with a 6-digit invite code. New members wait for the family admin's approval before they can see the board. You can create a new family or join another one at any time. MULTIPLE FAMILIES You can be part of more than one family group with the same account. Use "Switch Family" on your Profile page to create a new family or join another one with a 6-digit code, then switch between families in a single tap. Each family keeps its own board, lists, and plans. Handy for a family split across two households, grandparents living separately, or housemates. Family Diary is built for the small but constant coordination that keeps a household running — not a social network or a to-do app trying to do everything.
