In the app, you can easily be inspired by several different exercises, save them to your favorites and create training sessions for your workouts. The app is still being developed and will have even more features in the future, such as creating your own exercises, adding your training sessions to the calendar, managing your team and getting access to smart tools for better training. Content: 1. Over 140 ready-made exercises to take part in which are constantly updated and improved. 2. Save favorites to your profile for quick access. 3. Create an unlimited number of training sessions. 4. Create your team and connect training sessions and exercises. In progress: 1. Calendar function with connection to training sessions and teams. 2. Scanning tool. 3. Create your own exercises. 4. Manage your team of players. 5. Plan and set up tactics for matches in the calendar. Download the app and start the journey to better planned workouts with False Nine. With each update, functions can change and new functions appear.
