Simply scan the QR code on a visitor badge and capture new business contacts directly during the conversation. Available contact details are transferred automatically – no business cards, handwritten notes or manual data entry after the event. All leads captured by your team across multiple devices are synchronized and centrally collected in the FairVerify LeadPortal. This gives your sales team a structured and complete lead database during and immediately after the event. The data is synchronized and centrally collected in the LeadPortal. Instead of managing separate lists from different smartphones after the event, your entire team works with one centralized lead database. QUALIFY YOUR LEADS Customized lead forms allow you to capture the information that matters to your sales team directly during the conversation. Ratings, questions and notes help you prioritize valuable contacts and prepare targeted follow-ups. MANAGE AND EXPORT LEADS CENTRALLY The FairVerify LeadPortal allows you to view, filter and export all leads collected at your booth. Lead data can be exported in formats including Excel, CSV and JSON for easy integration into CRM, sales and marketing workflows. At supported events, additional Visitor Leads can be generated through the FairVerify Booth QR. Visitors scan your booth’s QR code and share their contact details directly with you. From there, you can set up your devices and connect them to the app using a QR code. At selected events, FairVerify Lead licenses may already be included in your exhibitor or booth package.
