Invoicing. Sorted. Fairbill does one job: getting independent NDIS support workers paid, correctly, without the admin. You log the shift. Fairbill works out the rest — the right support item number, the right price limit, the right band for the time of day — then makes a tax invoice your plan manager can pay without sending it back. ALREADY INVOICING SOMEWHERE ELSE? Adding a client, tap "Fill this in from an invoice" and pick one you've already sent them — a PDF from your old app, or a photo of a printout. Fairbill reads the participant's details, the supports you bill, your rates and the days you work, and fills the form in for you. It all happens on your phone. THE PRICE GUIDE IS ALREADY IN THERE The whole NDIS Pricing Schedule ships with the app — every support item, every price limit, weekday, evening, night, Saturday, Sunday and public holiday. You pick the support once, per client. After that you're entering hours, not codes. SHIFTS THAT CROSS A TIME BAND A shift from 5 pm to 9 pm isn't one rate. Fairbill splits it at the band boundary and prices each part properly, the way the schedule says to. YOUR RATES, NOT JUST THE CAP Charging a client less than the limit? Set their agreed rate once on their page and every invoice uses it. Different rates for weekends are there if you need them. YOUR USUAL WEEK, IN ONE TAP Save the shifts you normally work for a client. Next invoice, tap once and every shift since your last one is filled in, dated and priced. Change what needs changing and send it. TRAVEL, DONE PROPERLY Getting to the participant and driving the participant are two different claims with two different item numbers. Fairbill keeps them apart, and only offers what that support actually allows. A LOOK OVER IT BEFORE YOU SEND One screen that flags what a plan manager would bounce it for: a missing ABN, a rate over the limit, a shift dated tomorrow, a duplicate invoice number. It never stops you sending — it's your call. INVOICES THAT DON'T COME BACK Clean PDFs with your ABN, the participant's details, the dates, the hours and the item numbers. Self-managed participants get the plain version — description, hours, price — because a page of codes doesn't help a family. Every invoice you send keeps a copy of the PDF exactly as it went out. RECEIPTS Mark an invoice paid and Fairbill offers a receipt. Self-managed participants need one for their records. GST ONLY IF YOU'RE REGISTERED Most support workers aren't, and see no GST anywhere. If you are, turn it on in Settings and mark the supports that are taxable. MONEY, BAS AND TAX TIME What you've earned, what's still owed, what's overdue. Travel kilometres tracked separately. Export the year as a CSV your accountant can actually use. IT'S YOURS, ON YOUR PHONE Works with no signal — in a car, in a house with bad reception.
