The reason can be selected later, either as free text or from a list of your favorites. The location is automatically detected and entered, or can be imported directly from your address book. You can purchase an inexpensive GPS tracking module as an in-app purchase and record your journeys with meter-level accuracy. We recommend activating "Precise Route Recording" for best results! Alternatively, the distance is estimated from map services and only needs to be briefly checked or adjusted based on the daily mileage.
