FAB Grievance (Officials) is the official mobile application of the Department of Factories & Boilers, Government of Kerala. This app is designed exclusively for departmental officials to efficiently view, monitor, and manage factory-related grievances submitted by workers and the general public through the Thozhil Suraksha platform. The application serves as a mobile extension of the FABOS web-based grievance management system, enabling officials to access complete complaint details, including attachments, remarks, and processing history, anytime and anywhere. In addition to monitoring, the app allows officials to register complaints directly on behalf of complainants who approach offices in person. This ensures that all manual and offline grievances are promptly digitized and integrated into the centralized system. With a structured dashboard and real-time data synchronization, officials can track complaint status, review updates, and take timely action. The application enhances operational efficiency, transparency, and responsiveness in handling grievances related to factory safety, health, and welfare. Note: This app is intended for authorized officials of the Department of Factories & Boilers only. General users should use the Thozhil Suraksha application to submit grievances.
