Store description excerpt

Where did my money go? And how much do I have left? EZ Budget answers both in the time it takes to walk out of a store. Name an amount ($1,000 for a holiday, $200 for the weekly shop) and a piggy bank on screen slowly empties as you spend it. No accounts. No bank logins. No sign-up, no ads, nothing collected. Just an honest running total of what's left. KEEP SEVERAL BUDGETS AT ONCE The weekly shop and a night away are two different things. Keep as many budgets as you like, side by side: Vacation, Groceries, Kids' School. Each has its own amount, its own total and its own piggy bank, so spending on the holiday leaves the monthly budget untouched. Switch between them on the Spend It! screen or at the top of Details, Places and Categories: every list, chart and map then shows that budget and nothing else. WORLDWIDE CURRENCIES Wherever you are, EZ Budget uses your currency. Dollars, euros, pounds, yen, won, dinars: your money, the way your country writes it. FAST ENOUGH THAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO IT Tap Spend It!, type the amount, hit Save. That's the whole ritual. A description and a category are optional, because a purchase you never bothered to record tells you nothing. A BUDGET YOU CAN READ AT A GLANCE Numbers are abstract. A draining piggy bank is not. The bank has ten coin levels, and every tenth of your budget spent drops it one step. The message underneath is color coded too: green while more than half is left, yellow under half, red once you've gone over, showing exactly by how much. No math, no squinting. SEE WHERE IT ALL WENT Details: every purchase with date, time and a running total that stays pinned as you scroll. Sort by date, category or amount with one tap. Swipe to delete, and every total corrects itself instantly. Categories: Groceries, Gas, Coffee, or any you invent, shared across your budgets. Rename one and every past purchase follows along. Bar chart or pie chart, your pick. Places: an optional map of where each purchase happened. Months later, "$42" means far more when you can see it was the gas station on the corner. CIRCLE A NEIGHBORHOOD WITH YOUR FINGER How much did that weekend in downtown really cost? Draw a loop around it on the map and your list, your charts and your totals narrow to just what you spent inside it. Stack it with a category filter and ask sharper questions: what did we spend on food, in just that one town? TWO WAYS TO RUN IT Just tracking: write down what you spend and the app adds it up. Nothing to set up; open it and start. Counting down: set a limit and watch it fall to zero. LOCK IT WITH A PIN An optional four-digit lock means you can hand your phone to someone else without handing over the rules. They spend normally, but the budget can't be raised, purchases can't be deleted, and tracking can't be switched off. Kids find this fair: they record every purchase and watch the piggy bank empty, and the budget stays the budget. Turns out that's the fastest way anyone learns to budget, by watching it
