TAKE THE ORDER WHERE THE CUSTOMER IS Open the table, put together the order using your restaurant's menu, and send it. No more running to the register to type in what you've already written down, and no more orders getting lost along the way. ENTIRE DINING ROOM ON ONE SCREEN See at a glance which tables are occupied, which are free, and which are ready to be served. Filter by area—terrace, second floor, bar—or search for a table by number or name. DAILY KITCHEN VIEW The kitchen screen displays orders as soon as they come in, in the order they arrived. Your team marks what's being prepared, and the front of house is notified automatically, without having to ask. If you work with multiple preparation areas—hot kitchen, cold kitchen, bar—each area sees only what's assigned to them. EVERYTHING AS ORDERED Specifications, sauces, additions, and removals are written on the order, clearly distinguishing between those included and those charged separately. Fewer misunderstandings between the front of house and the kitchen, fewer dishes that need to be returned, and fewer arguments at checkout. FOR THE SERVER All their tables on one list and the complete menu at their fingertips. You can keep adding rounds to a table that's already ordered, and check what each round includes before you go to ask. FOR THE KITCHEN Orders arrive automatically, in order, and with all the details. No one has to scramble to decipher a letter or run to the dining room to confirm if it was medium or medium-well. EVERYONE IN THEIR PLACE Your team logs in with a code and a 4-digit PIN: no creating emails or inventing passwords. A server sees their tables and their orders; the kitchen sees the kitchen. Everyone logs in to their assigned task and nothing else. SECURE WITHOUT BEING INCONVENIENT Access is linked to each person's cell phone. If someone enters the wrong PIN several times in a row, that account is automatically locked for a while. And every login is logged, so you always know who entered and at what time. If someone leaves the restaurant, you remove their code and that's it. MULTIPLE LOCATIONS, ONE TEAM If you have more than one location, each person works at their assigned location and only sees orders from that location.
