Explosive Power Analyzer turns a complete movement video into a protocol-aware training measurement. Record or choose one clip, let Apple Vision detect body-pose landmarks on device, and save a result only when the visible movement and available timing evidence pass the app’s validation checks. Choose from seven supported protocols: Countermovement Jump (CMJ) Squat Jump Drop Jump Broad Jump Plyometric Push-Up 10 m Sprint 5-0-5 Change of Direction For jump protocols, the app checks every complete candidate movement in the selected 5–30 second clip instead of requiring one fixed repetition pattern. Thirty frames per second is accepted; a higher frame rate may improve timing resolution. Results remain estimates and depend on framing, lighting, calibration, event visibility and recording quality. Use your saved results to: Inspect exact values and measurement-quality information View clear seven-result and twelve-result progress charts Compare protocol-specific means, best valid trials, baseline change and coefficient of variation Complete a deterministic training session based on saved evidence Review an actionable weekly summary Unlock six achievement badges Share rendered result and weekly-report cards Sign in with Apple automatically creates or restores an app account after Apple identity verification; there is no separate registration form. Continue as Guest creates a private account for the current installation. On a clean install, login remains unavailable until the app reaches the official HTTPS service. All currently available features are free and the submitted target contains no subscription paywall. Optional AI features can send compressed keyframes and measured facts for technique feedback, or stream a Power Coach response based on a scoped test summary. AI does not replace the on-device measurement and the app reports provider errors instead of inventing a result. Explosive Power Analyzer is a sports and fitness training tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat injury, and does not guarantee athletic improvement.
