Excursion Mania is a platform that connects tourists and excursion providers in Turkey. We are a member of TURSAB (Turkish Travel Agents Association) with registration number 10293 under the name Mares Travel. We offer daily / nightly excursions and activities in popular tourist destinations at the best prices. We understand that you work hard to go on vacation and your time and money are valuable. On our website, we provide you with detailed and honest information about excursions organized in popular holiday destinations. You can choose and book excursions here on the website directly from the local tour suppliers. If you have any questions about any excursion or about our services, please contact us through the contact form or write to us on social networks. Our Application With this application you can book all daily activities, rent boats and find airport transfer services all around Turkey from the very first hand prices . How can we guarantee the best prices? Tourists have two options for booking their excursions at holiday destinations. First option is to book them through hotels reps of incoming travel agencies, the other option is to book them through local travel agencies. Most travel agencies do not organize excursions, but work as an intermediary with suppliers (for example, boat owners). This means that when booking an excursion through any of them, you pay the supplier (boat owner) + commission to the travel agency + commission to the guide who booked the excursion for you. We are selecting our tour providers carefully and working only with best of them. Why can’t travel agencies compete with our prices? Most of our work is done online, this significantly reduces our costs, and most importantly, we do not pay commissions to anyone. How do you book excursions? Our booking system is very easy to use. Select the desired excursion, choose the date, indicate the number of adults, children and infants and fill in your contact details. You will receive confirmation e-mail immediately. When do you pay for excursions? For most excursions, our suppliers are accepting payments on the day. For some excursions, we need to collect small deposit at the time of booking and rarely we need full payment. If you sign up to our website, you can check invoices of the tours you have booked which are indicating total price, amount paid and amount to be paid on the tour day. We are also sending you these invoices to your e-mail address. Are you insured in the excursions you attend? In Turkey, by law, it is impossible to provide any kind of travel service without insurance and the consequences of doing so are very serious. On all of the excursions, you are fully insured by our suppliers. How do you change / cancel a booking? You can change the date or cancel the tour 72 hours before it starts (pick-up time from your hotel). If you want to cancel your reservation, please let us know by e-mail or by phone.
