Evolve is a project of the Dzogchen Community of Merigar founded by Tibetan Dzogchen Master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu in Arcidosso, Italy, in 1981. From ancient teachings to modern science, it is now clear that the individual is an interconnected system of body, energy and mind. Our existence is expressed through these three aspects, both individually and collectively. The breath is the bridge that, working at the level of energy, can be influenced by the body and mind but at the same time can also influence them. Based mainly on methods derived from Tibetan Yantra Yoga, Evolve is an approach to an integrated condition of well-being that is not only physical but also mental and energetic. A less tense and more balanced and conscious condition leads to better posture and a natural flow of the breath, and it also influences the mind by allowing it to be calmer and clearer. This results in a better quality of breath and less tension in the body, establishing optimal synergy. Evolve offers exercises and sessions to train the body and relax tension. You will also find exercises to purify and balance your energy and others to rediscover a more natural, more effective way to breathe. Finally, you will find exercises to open the mind, to relax its tensions and be more aware and present in the various circumstances of life.
