Store description excerpt

Everyone Paints is collaborative AI art: one shared canvas that a whole group paints together — with words. Every group has a canvas: a single image that changes over time. You don't draw on it. You comment on it. A comment is a request to change the picture. "Add a lighthouse." "Make it stormy." "Give her a red coat." You can reply to somebody else's request to argue for it or against it — replies are conversation and never touch the art. On a timer, every request left since the last repaint is gathered up, weighted by how many people liked it, and merged into a single instruction. That instruction is applied to the current image to produce the next version. Popular ideas dominate. Unpopular ones still nudge it. Nobody owns the picture. WHAT IT FEELS LIKE You leave an idea and wait. When the canvas repaints you find out whether the room agreed with you — and you can see exactly which comments shaped the version in front of you, and whose they were. Every version is kept, so you can scroll back through how the picture got here. GROUPS Start a group around anything and it gets its own canvas — a band, a book, a running joke, a city. Anyone can read a public group; joining lets you paint on it. There is also a front page canvas that anyone with an account can paint on. WHAT YOU GET • One shared canvas per group, repainted on a timer • Text to image — describe a change, watch it land • Voting: like the requests you want to win • Full version history, with the comments that made each version • Public groups to browse, or your own group to start • Attribution — see whose idea changed what KEEPING IT A GOOD ROOM Comments and canvases can be reported from inside the app, and you can block anyone whose comments you would rather not see. Reports reach a person. Content that breaks the rules is removed, and accounts that keep breaking them are suspended. Images are generated by an AI model from what people write, so what comes out can surprise you. That is most of the fun, and it is also why the rules exist.
