Store description excerpt
Everyday lift is a strength training app built around your program — whether that's one you designed, got from a coach, or found online. Import it from a CSV file or Google Sheets link and the app builds your full schedule automatically: workout days, exercises, sets, reps, tempo, rest times. From there, just train. Logging: Log sets on your iPhone or Apple Watch. The Watch UI is built for the gym — Digital Crown for weight, tap for reps, rest timer starts automatically after each set and buzzes your wrist when time's up. Everything syncs back to your phone. Progress: Your key compound lifts are tracked week over week with simple charts. Weight progression and estimated 1-rep max (Epley formula) are calculated automatically from your logs. Built-in programs: If you don't have a program yet, there are four included: PPL 6-Day PPL 3-Day Upper/Lower 4-Day Bro Split 5-Day Each includes periodization structure, tempo prescriptions, and technique notes. Other things worth knowing Live Activity shows your current exercise, set count, and rest timer on the lock screen and Dynamic Island You can swap any exercise mid-workout without modifying your program One-time purchase — logging, importing, Watch sync, and progress charts are all included, no subscription
