A suggestion may help you schedule a short walk, a brief recovery break, or a more deliberate wind-down based on the records available that day. UNDERSTAND YOUR SLEEP Review total sleep, time in bed, awake time, and available sleep stages such as deep, REM, and core sleep. Overnight heart-rate and HRV samples appear only when Apple Health contains those records. PUT TRAINING IN CONTEXT See exercise minutes, recent workouts, activity energy, weekly training time, and available VO₂ max. When age and workout heart-rate samples are available in Apple Health, Everspan estimates personalized heart-rate zones as percentages of age-estimated maximum heart rate. BUILD REPEATABLE HABITS Track daily actions and review recent wellness summaries. Habit progress, badges, and seven-day comparisons help you see continuity without inventing missing records. ASK FOR AN OPTIONAL AI EXPLANATION Use the wellness assistant to ask about the summary currently shown in the app. Before the first AI request, Everspan identifies DeepSeek as the recipient, explains which limited summary values may be sent through our server, and requests separate permission. AI is optional and permission can be revoked in Settings.
