THE DAY-OF COCKPIT When the wedding starts, EventSync opens the Cockpit - a live command view built to keep the day on track. See what's happening now, what's next, and whether the day is ahead or behind. With one tap, leads can mark moments complete, start the next block, send broadcasts, and manage change requests. If the day falls behind, patent-pending Smart Ripple can help recover time by using buffers, shortening flexible blocks, and notifying the affected team. VENUE LEAD MODE EventSync now supports venue-focused coordination for venue coordinators, venue ops leads, and venue staff. Venue teams can use role-focused Day-Of views for: - Venue Readiness - Load-In Prep - Rooms & Flips - BEO-Lite aggregate service details - Venue Staff readiness - Incidents and change requests BEO-Lite is designed for handoff and execution, not private guest records. It keeps meal, bar, kitchen, timing, and service summaries aggregate-only so venue and catering teams can coordinate without exposing guest-private details. PLAN IN WORKSPACE. RUN THE DAY IN EVENTSYNC. Planning belongs in EventSync Workspace on the web. Build the budget, guest list, vendor contacts, venue details, checklist, and timeline there, then hand the finished plan to the EventSync mobile app for Day-Of execution. On mobile, run the live wedding day: follow the timeline, review Wedding Assistant suggestions, see role-specific boards, check guests in, track catering counts, and broadcast updates to the team.
