UNDERSTAND YOUR SIGNAL As your check-in history builds, Eunoia Signals surfaces a personal signal score based on your patterns. It combines what you self-report with optional biometric data from Apple Health to give you a fuller picture of where you are right now — and where you've been trending. BIOMETRIC SUPPORT Connect Apple Health to layer in physiological signals: sleep duration, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, step count, active energy, and respiratory rate. All compared to your personal baseline, not population averages. TREND OVER TIME The Trends tab shows your mood and activation history as a chart so you can see patterns across days and weeks — not just today. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your notes are never read or transmitted. All scoring happens on-device. HealthKit data never leaves your phone.
