Phillip Mutual Berhad is registered with the Federation of Investments Managers (FiMM) as an Institutional Unit Trust Adviser (IUTA), Institutional Private Retirement Scheme Adviser (IPRA), Capital Markets Service Licence (CMSL) holder and is licensed by the Securities Commission to conduct the following regulated financial activities: To deal in unit trusts To deal in Private Retirement Scheme Phillip Mutual Berhad (PMB) was incorporated in Malaysia on 31 January 2002 under the Companies Act 1965 with a paid up capital of RM 20,290,932. The shareholders are Phillip Capital Holdings Sdn Bhd (70%) and Ehsan Astaka Sdn Bhd (30%). We have a staff strength of 65 executives as at December 2024 with extensive experience in the unit trust industry within their respective areas of specialization.
