If you are already with us, this is where the work happens. PHOTOGRAPH A RECEIPT AND YOU ARE DONE Point the camera at a receipt or an invoice and send it. It is read, coded and posted to your books. No spreadsheets, no folder of crumpled paper in the van, no month-end panic. OR SEND IT HOWEVER SUITS YOU Email it to your own eTax address, or send it on WhatsApp. Same result. ASK ABOUT YOUR OWN FIGURES "What am I owed?" "Who hasn't paid me?" "How did last month look?" You get an answer from your actual books, not a generic one. RAISE AN INVOICE FROM YOUR PHONE Tell it who, how much and what for. You see exactly what will be sent before anything goes out. THERE ARE REAL PEOPLE BEHIND IT Anything that needs a judgement - whether a cost qualifies, what to pay yourself, anything to do with your tax position - goes to a qualified accountant, and they come back to you. The app never guesses at your tax. WHAT IT ISN'T There is nothing to buy in this app. Your fees are agreed with us and collected by Direct Debit, and there is no upgrade button anywhere. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time; the records we are required by law to keep are retained, and the app tells you so plainly before you confirm.
