Staff can see the venue's call history, call customers back presenting the business number rather than their own, and get notified about the calls that matter, without giving out a personal mobile. Dial any number from the built-in keypad 7. Mute alerts by category, or switch on Do Not Disturb when you're off shift BUILT FOR SHARED AND PERSONAL DEVICES Venue phones get passed around. EsyDial can be locked with a 4-digit passcode and Face ID, so call history and customer numbers stay private if someone else picks up the handset. CALL RECORDING AND CONSENT Where a business enables recording, callers hear a clear announcement before anything is collected, and a caller who asks not to be recorded is honoured. Recording happens on the business's phone line, not secretly on your device. ACCOUNTS EsyDial accounts are created by the business that subscribes to EsyDial; there is no public sign-up in the app. If your workplace uses EsyDial, your administrator will provide your login.
