Escape Nicotine is a 12-chapter educational course for adults who want to examine the stories surrounding cigarettes, vapes, pouches, and chew. Read it or listen to it. Chapters 1–2 are free; one payment unlocks the rest of the current course — no subscription, no account, no streaks, no tracking. Then meet the nicotine con men: the Little Trickster and the Big Trickster. In the program’s central metaphor, the Little Trickster is a small character linked to sensations a person may notice between doses. The Big Trickster gives familiar nicotine sales pitches a voice: “it relaxes me,” “it helps me focus,” and “just one.” These characters are teaching images, not a diagnosis of what you feel, believe, or will do. They can’t force you to do anything. All they can do is feed you lies. The program makes no prediction about quitting, feelings, or timing. THE PROGRAM - 10 core chapters plus two epilogues, available as text and narration - An optional guided audio session closes every chapter; use only when safe - Core-chapter Lock-In check-ins plot the ratings you choose as a Belief Curve - Meet both nicotine con men side by side on Home, with the Little Trickster about waist-height beside the Big Trickster - Home artwork maps the latest Belief Curve rating to one of five illustrative stages; it is a metaphor, not a health or quitting measure OPTIONAL TOOLS - "There they are": an animated breathing pacer with an optional wave log - An Ambush Scheduler for a wedding, trip, or another event you choose. A reminder the evening before opens guided sessions you have already reached. WHAT WE DON'T DO - No streaks or day counters - No automatic maintenance schedule after Chapter 10; replay sessions when you choose - No account, no email, no analytics, no tracking.
