FOR THE ON-CALL DOCTOR • View your monthly schedule, with your shifts highlighted. • Request a shift swap through the app and track the status. • Offer a shift on the bulletin board and let colleagues apply. • Record shift start and end times. • Receive notifications of approvals and schedule changes. HOW IT WORKS The coordinator sets up the shifts and service rules. The AI proposes the schedule, the coordinator reviews and publishes it. The team monitors it via mobile phone and requests swaps when needed — always with the coordinator's approval. EscaleIA is an administrative tool for managing shift schedules.
