How It Works Download the app, then create and authorise your account in seconds by confirming your phone number and/or email. Select your town/city, pick a ride plan (Day Pass, or Monthly Subscription), add your payment method. When you want to use a bike, first RESERVE a bike in the app before you arrive at your preferred Station. Once at the Station, scan the QR code of your reserved bike to unlock from Station. If the chain lock is on the bike, use code displayed in the app to unlock. You are now ready to ride! At the end of your journey return the bike from the station from which you took the bike. Features include: Register in seconds, selecting your town/city, and ride plan Find your nearest eBike on the map Reserve a bike to ensure availability Unlock the eBike by scanning the QR code on the handlebars Track your full trip and payment history Get in touch with us to report a problem
