No words required. • Calming tools — Guided breathing, a body scan, and grounding exercises to help settle an overwhelmed nervous system. • "I need a break" board — A clear, one-tap way to ask for space and step away when things get to be too much. • Communication cards — Picture-based (AAC-style) cards to express needs and feelings when talking is hard. • Coping strategies — A personal set of go-to strategies for tough moments, ready when you need them. • Crisis support — Quick access to crisis and helpline resources, always one tap away.
