Blood Pressure: You can use our app to track your blood pressure by manually entering your measurements. You can track your blood pressure and receive alerts when blood pressure thresholds vary or exceed. Physical activity and weight: Our application allows you to follow your daily physical activity and your weight. This by defining goals to achieve for your physical activity and for your weight. Sleep Quality: You can also track your sleep quality using our app. By using our application you provide useful and additional information to follow your constants which will be shared with your doctor.
