EpiJournal is a simple epilepsy journal built for everyday use by people living with epilepsy and the caregivers who support them. Log medication dose changes, track seizures, and review trends over time—without extra complexity. You can record anti-seizure medications and dose changes so your regimen history stays clear. You can log seizure events with time, type, duration, and notes. A calendar view helps you review events by day, and the analysis screen shows an easy-to-read combined view of seizure counts and medication dose trends across a selected date range, with filters for specific medications and seizure types. EpiJournal also includes an epilepsy medication info lookup that uses a built-in database and displays content based on your device/app language. Quick start (basic tracking): 1) Open Medication and define your medications. 2) Add a dose change when your regimen changes. 3) Open Seizure and log each seizure event (type, duration, notes). 4) Use Calendar to review records by day. 5) Use Analysis to view trends and charts over a chosen date range. Optional caregiver alerts (subscription feature): 1) Subscribe to Care Plan Monthly and enable Cloud Sync in Settings. 2) Link a backup account (Apple/Google) when prompted. 3) In Settings, turn on “Notify caregiver on seizure” and pair with a caregiver by scanning their QR code. 4) When needed, tap the red lightning button on the Seizure page to send a seizure alert (push notification). Camera, notification, and optional location permissions may be requested to support QR pairing and alerts. EpiJournal is designed for logging and organization only.
