Store description excerpt

A gym clock that remembers what you ran. Huge digits and real beeps, on whatever screen your box already has on the wall — and, from this release, a log of every piece you finish and a calendar of what is coming. No account. No sign-up. No feed, no streaks, no coaching, no ads. TEN MODES FOR TIME — counts up, with an optional cap. STOP freezes your result. AMRAP — counts down one block. EMOM — N rounds by interval, with a long beep on the minute. DEATH BY — EMOM, unbounded. The round number is your rep target. STOP when you fail. TABATA — 20 on, 10 off, 8 rounds. All three adjustable. FIGHT GONE BAD — five stations, three rounds, edited per set. INTERVAL — work and rest, grouped into sets rather than one flat round count. COUNTDOWN — a plain timer, so 90s rest is one field away. STOPWATCH — counting up, in hundredths. CLOCK — the time of day, which is where the screen rests. IT KEEPS THE RECORD Every piece you finish is saved with its result, its rounds and the settings it ran on. A month calendar shows what was done and what is coming. Swipe a row to delete it, or to tick off a session you ran without the app. Tap any past workout to put it straight back on the timer. Nothing is scored. No streak, no target, no colour for a week you missed. FOURTEEN TRAINING PLANS Ready-made blocks from beginner to expert — plank progressions needing nothing but the floor, barbell cycles, conditioning, benchmark rotations. Pick one, choose when it starts, and it lands in your log as ordinary planned days you can edit or delete. The volume ramps week by week; the sessions keep their shape. Start with the free Plank Challenge: four weeks, three days a week, no equipment. Name the movements and they show on the clock as the piece runs, per round. A rest announces what is coming rather than what you have just done. CUES YOU CAN HEAR OVER A LOADED BARBELL Beeps on 3-2-1 into every interval, a long tone and a haptic into work, a lower one into rest, a triple at the end. They mix with your music and never duck it: a beep should beat a barbell, not quieten the room. On an AirPlay speaker the cues fire early by the route's measured latency, so the 3-2-1 lands on the beat. IT KEEPS GOING WHEN YOU PUT THE PHONE DOWN Lock the screen and the workout carries on, on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island: phase, round, clock, and the last three seconds in numerals you can read at a glance. Pause and resume from the Island without unlocking. ON EVERY SCREEN IN THE GYM iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV and Vision Pro, plus a native Apple Watch app. Plug into a television or send it over AirPlay and the wall gets a real clock while the phone keeps the controls — not a mirror of your notifications. WHEN NOBODY IS TRAINING, IT IS A CLOCK The home screen is the time of day and the ten modes one tap away, so a spare iPhone or Mac on a shelf gives the room a wall clock all day. Your gym's name, your coach's name and your own mark go on it, free from this release. Two
