One free account carries your registration, your pass and your wallet for every space you join. FOR PARTICIPANTS — ALWAYS FREE • One account, every space. Races, tournaments, conferences, courses, camps, festivals and clubs, all in one place. • Find an event and register in seconds. Search public spaces, open an event's page and sign up right in the app — for yourself, or for someone you look after. • Your phone is your pass. A personal QR code, a badge and a short PIN identify you at every door. Add your pass to Apple Wallet, or tap an NFC tag to check yourself in. • Credits, vouchers and what you have collected. Meal vouchers, drink credits, the gift bag you already picked up — see what you hold in each space and spend it on site. • Announcements, your way. Organizers reach you by push, email or text — and you choose which channels each space may use, or mute it entirely. • One profile, filled once. Answer a space's forms, keep your details current, and reuse them the next time you register. • Look after someone else's participation. A parent, partner or assistant can carry a profile on their behalf. FOR ORGANIZERS AND THEIR TEAMS • Run the door with the phones you already have. Scan participant QR codes at any check point — a gate, a zone, a start line. No rented scanners, nothing to install. • Know who got in, and when. Every scan is recorded, with a full history per participant and per check point. • Keep scanning when the network doesn't. Check points work offline and reconcile once you are back online. • Your participant list, in your pocket. Search, filter and tag, open anyone's profile, edit their data, grant or revoke access. • Wallets, vouchers and on-site selling. Give participants meal or drink credits, track who has already collected their gift bag or race pack, and sell from a catalogue against their wallet — every movement in one ledger, refunds included. • Announcements to exactly the right people. Message a selection or the whole space over push, email or SMS. • Reports on the spot. Run the reports your team designed and read the results on your phone. • An assistant that does the work. Ask in plain language and it acts with your permissions — draft an announcement, build a badge, run a report, look someone up. • Roles you control. Give a volunteer exactly one power — scanning at their own check point — and nothing more. BUILT TO BE TRUSTED Your organization chooses where its data lives, in the EU or the US.
