EngageX Basic is a fast, on-device companion for working an event floor - as an exhibitor capturing leads, or a visitor collecting contacts. Scan an EngageX QR badge to save a contact instantly. Exhibitors can photograph a business card for on-device text extraction, review, and save. You can also add contacts manually when scanning is not possible, rate leads or contacts, qualify leads, export saved contacts as CSV, share your own details with a personal QR code, and browse the event program offline. No EngageX account and no login are required. Core capture, qualification, browsing, and export features work fully offline, and captured data stays in this device's private app storage unless you choose to export or share it. Two features use the network only after your explicit action: Settings > Feedback sends an optional app-rating form to EngageX when you tap Send feedback, and the Full EngageX screen can open engagex.io in your browser. The feedback form never includes captured contacts, leads, profile data, business-card photos, or CSV exports. EngageX Basic does not include team accounts, CRM sync, AI-powered matchmaking, or meeting scheduling. Full EngageX is the separate connected platform for those workflows.
