Engagely Connect is a one stop solution to engage your customers via Chat, Call and Email. Chat: Answer to the customer queries with text, image, video and file. You can use our Canned Message feature to keep predefined messages ready and send them instantly when needed. When the ‘Transfer Chat’ feature lets you seamlessly transfer the customer chats to your colleagues when you are overwhelmed with the current chats, the ‘Download/Email Transcript’ feature lets you make use of the transcripts when you need it. When you finish answering to the customer queries, you can either ‘Resolve & End Chat’ or ‘Unresolve & End Chat’. This will help you refer to unresolved chat later and resolve them.
