EnergyDock is an unofficial companion app for EDF Energy, E.ON Next and Octopus Energy customers (Octopus support is in beta) — monitor and manage your Smart EV charging schedule and keep an eye on your usage, all from your Android phone or tablet. Smart Charging tools are there if you're enrolled on a smart EV tariff, and Usage tracking works just as well if you're not — especially with a Glow Display and CAD. If you export electricity back to the grid (e.g. solar/battery on a SEG tariff), your export tariff and earnings are tracked right alongside your import usage. Features: - Dashboard showing your charging status, next scheduled charge and charge target at a glance - Customize your Dashboard — choose which cards are shown and drag to reorder them - View your planned smart charging sessions at a glance, grouped by date - Track completed charging sessions with energy delivered (kWh) and estimated cost - See how long your car actually charged each day, with a Charge Time history built from confirmed charging blocks rather than plugged-in time - Filter your charging history by session type — smart charge, boost, or off-peak only - Set your ready-by time and charge target percentage - Start or stop a boost charge session instantly - Suspend or resume smart charging with a single tap - View your current electricity tariff rates with live off-peak and peak indicators - If you're on an export tariff, see your export rate alongside import — with its own tariff details and unit rates - Costs are worked out against the tariff that was in force on each date, so if you change tariff your older sessions keep their original rates - See your household electricity use as Day, Week and Month charts, split by peak, off-peak and smart charging so you can see where your spend went — Day view includes a per-half-hour breakdown table showing the rate and cost for every slot - Export tariff customers get their export earnings broken out in the same charts and breakdown table, alongside import usage - Transactions list showing your account balance and payment history - Optionally connect a Glow Display and CAD to fill gaps in your supplier's usage data, and to see live current from your meter over your home network - Each completed session records the vehicle location reported by the energy company (At Home, Away) — if that changes later, the full history is captured with timestamps, giving you an audit trail for disputed charges - Export your charging history as a PDF or CSV, including full account details, tariff information, and location history per session - Back up your charging history to a file you keep, and restore it onto a new device or after a reinstall — restoring never overwrites sessions already saved.
