Behind eNDi Burger & Coffee is a family of four. Each family member has contributed to the concept of this restaurant in their own way. Junior e’s preference for burgers led to a wide range of experiments in the home kitchen and thus also to tasty and innovative creations. This soon led to the desire to share these new burger recipes with the world. Papa N’s passion for coffee goes back to 15 years of experience in a coffee roastery in Zurich. There the wish suddenly arose to be the proud owner of a well-known coffee. It was his dream to offer a high-quality coffee, which his dad as a connoisseur will appreciate. This resulted in the collaboration with Seattle’s Best Coffee, which subjects its beans to the strictest quality controls and uses sophisticated roasting processes to guarantee the best coffee taste. So eNDi Burger & Coffee decided to introduce this brand as the first catering company in Switzerland in the coffee shop format. Mama D’s knack for culinary delights and love for freshly prepared home-made food also contributed to the desire to have a family restaurant of their own. Thanks to her job in the tourism industry, she had the opportunity to travel a lot and taste international cuisines. Mama D discovered culinary art as a passion and began to dream of her own restaurant, which prepares these diverse and international recipes freshly and on site, just like at home, in Mama's way. little girl i rounded off her friends at the meal with her love for fries and mom’s carefully prepared meals. However, her demands are the highest, as she also demands exciting and tasty recipes and at the same time does not accept long waiting times. With so much enthusiasm for food and cooking, it was decided on behalf of everyone in the family to open eNDi Burger & Coffee. Together with the head chef Remo Nussbaumer, whose enthusiasm for experimentation and interest in new flavors fits perfectly with the eNDi concept, the family was able to turn their dreams of their own restaurant into reality. As a learned cook and experienced independent landlord, he contributes the necessary know-how to implement the innovative ideas of eNDi in concrete and carefully coordinated recipes.
