EmpowerPlus is an independent resource-information app developed by Terre des hommes (Tdh), a non-governmental organisation. It helps users discover publicly available reintegration and support resources for survivors of violence and trafficking. Users can search by State, District and resource category, and view relevant resources in a list and map-enabled interface. IMPORTANT GOVERNMENT INFORMATION DISCLAIMER EmpowerPlus is not a Government of India application and does not represent, operate on behalf of, or claim affiliation with any Central or State Government department, agency or authority. Any information relating to government departments, institutions, schemes, programmes or services is provided only for informational and resource-discovery purposes. SOURCE OF INFORMATION EmpowerPlus includes a legacy resource directory compiled approximately four to five years ago through internet-based research using publicly accessible information available at that time. The database was created to consolidate information about relevant organisations, institutions, programmes and support resources. At the time it was compiled, individual source URLs were not maintained as a structured field for every record. Therefore, a complete historical URL-level source list is not available for all legacy entries.
