Start with one real moment: write what happened, receive a small set of on-device word suggestions, and choose the word that feels closest to your experience. The app does not define you or explain your feelings for you. You can: • Leave an emotion word with a real-life moment • Return later to add what happened next • Write freely in your journal • Revisit records by date or emotion word • Save words you want to come back to • Keep records on your device by default, then choose whether to upload or restore them with iCloud An emotion word is not a label for who you are. It is a way to return to a moment and remember what mattered.
